Commission Application Process
1. Submit Application
Prepare front and back full-body references, a color palette, and supporting images, then submit the Google Form.
2. Review & Quote
wearbeast° reviews the submitted form, prepares a quote, sends it by Twitter/X DM, and continues consultation from there.
3. Final Quote & Deposit
Once the final quote is approved and 50% of the total amount is paid as the deposit, the production slot is secured.
4. Final Balance
A final balance notice is sent by message or email four weeks before production begins. Production starts once the remaining 50% is paid at least two weeks before the start date.
5. Production & Check-in
During production, wearbeast° shares one or more progress check-ins and exchanges feedback with the client. Feedback is reviewed through wearbeast°'s aesthetic and production standards.
6. Completion & Dispatch
When production is complete, wearbeast° sends a completion email, discusses the shipping method, and dispatches the work after the required confirmations and payments are complete.
The deposit secures a production slot and is not refundable for client-side cancellation.
- The standard deposit is 50% of the total price.
- Late final balance payment may delay production or place the slot on hold.
- Shipping, duties, and processing fees are paid by the client.
- Projects canceled after production begins may not qualify for any refund.
