Consensual private use is respected; violence, crime, and non-consensual use are prohibited.

Warranty Window180 Days

Only issues judged to be workmanship-related are reviewed under warranty.

01Commission Application

The client must provide accurate and complete information when applying. Delays, extra costs, quality differences, or shipping issues caused by incorrect information, missing files, or late change requests are the client's responsibility.

Please submit a polished reference showing the full-body front and back of the character. Side views, color palettes, expression sheets, outfit references, and supporting images may be included as additional references.

Submitted materials are production references. Shape, color, proportion, fur direction, materials, and details may be adjusted according to wearbeast°'s aesthetic judgment, structural stability, wearability, and durability standards.

Clients under the age of 18 must have explicit consent from a legal guardian. Any problems or losses resulting from false information regarding age, identity, or payment authority are the client's responsibility.

Submitting an application does not confirm production. The production slot and schedule are confirmed only after wearbeast° reviews the project, issues a quote, and confirms the deposit.

wearbeast° may refuse to respond to or proceed with applications that are malicious, misleading, potentially infringing, inappropriate, or incompatible with the brand's direction.

02Production Feasibility and Design Rights

wearbeast° reviews each project based on design, production difficulty, schedule, material availability, and brand suitability. When necessary, wearbeast° may adjust structure, color, shape, proportion, materials, or details, or suggest alternatives.

wearbeast° respects the client's character, but may organize and interpret the design into a production-ready form to protect wearability, sculptural clarity, durability, and overall brand quality.

The client must own the rights to the character and references they provide, or have valid permission to use them. Designs with possible copyright, trademark, publicity, or ownership issues may be restricted.

wearbeast° may request proof of character ownership or usage rights when necessary. Any legal dispute, liability, claim, production interruption, or third-party complaint arising from the materials provided by the client remains the client's responsibility.

wearbeast° reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a commission after considering brand direction, production ethics, schedule, technical limitations, rights concerns, and the client's communication behavior.

03Usage Scope, Prohibited Conduct, and Brand Protection

The client may use the finished work for personal photography, events, online posts, and consensual private activities. All use must be legal, voluntary, consensual, and compliant with applicable law, event rules, and platform policies.

Violence, threats, stalking, harassment, hate conduct, criminal acts or imitation, sexualized depictions involving minors, non-consensual filming or posting, illegal public exposure, political, religious, criminal, or antisocial campaigns, and any use that may threaten or seriously disturb others are prohibited.

Commercial use requires prior approval from wearbeast°. This includes paid content, advertising, broadcast use, brand collaborations, merchandise, rental, business or organization promotion, commercial resale, and any revenue-generating use. Separate license fees, credit rules, visibility limits, and usage periods may apply.

The client may not use wearbeast°'s name, logo, photos, maker credit, or work images in a way that implies wearbeast° officially endorses a specific activity, taste, group, political position, or commercial project. False maker credit, misleading attribution, or use that seriously harms the brand image is also prohibited.

If these terms are violated or likely to be violated, wearbeast° may request removal or discontinuation of use, pause or cancel an active commission, refuse warranty or aftercare, and limit future commissions. Refund eligibility is determined based on the violation, production progress, and costs already incurred.

04Quotes and Payment

The quote is calculated based on character design, production difficulty, materials, timeline, required components, structural needs, and overall workload. If the project scope changes or additional requests are made, the quote may be adjusted.

After quote approval, the client must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the total commission price. Once the deposit is confirmed, the production slot, schedule allocation, and purchase preparation are secured. Depending on scale, complexity, timeline, or material supply conditions, wearbeast° may provide different payment conditions.

The deposit is not a simple holding fee. It covers slot reservation, schedule allocation, consultation, design review, material research, purchase preparation, and operational resources. If the project is canceled for reasons outside wearbeast°'s responsibility, including change of mind, personal circumstances, schedule changes, missing materials, communication delays, design changes, or payment delays, the deposit will not be refunded.

A final balance notice is sent 4 weeks before production begins. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 2 weeks before production begins for production to start.

If the final balance is not confirmed by the deadline, the production schedule may be delayed and the slot, production order, or quoted conditions may no longer be guaranteed. Long-term nonpayment or loss of contact may result in the commission being paused or canceled.

Payment methods follow the instructions provided through wearbeast°'s official communication channel. Domestic payment is handled primarily by bank transfer. International transfer, PayPal, platform payment, or installment payment requires prior discussion. Payment fees, exchange fees, platform fees, and other related costs may be borne by the client.

If shipping fees or additional costs are not paid within the specified period after completion notice, the client may be regarded as having forfeited their right to receive the piece, and wearbeast° reserves the right to store, alter, resell, dispose of, or otherwise handle the piece at its discretion.

Shipping fees, customs duties, VAT, payment processing fees, exchange fees, platform fees, and any additional commission-related expenses are the client's responsibility.

If the commission becomes impossible to complete due to wearbeast°'s own responsibility or internal circumstances, wearbeast° will inform the client and refund the paid production fees. If alternative production, schedule adjustments, or scope changes are possible, the direction may be revised by mutual agreement.

Installment payments must be discussed in advance, and wearbeast° reserves the right to approve or decline such requests.

05Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the official communication channel designated by wearbeast°. Silence, delayed payment, or lack of response is not treated as a formal cancellation request. The cancellation date is based on when wearbeast° confirms the request.

The deposit is non-refundable unless wearbeast° is responsible for the cancellation. Refund eligibility for the balance or additional payments is determined based on whether production has begun, material purchases, production progress, outsourced work, operational costs, and any breach of these terms by the client.

If cancellation is approved before production begins, balance or additional payments may be refunded after deducting the non-refundable deposit. Dedicated materials, outsourced work, payment fees, exchange fees, platform fees, consultation, and design planning costs may also be deducted.

After production begins, refunds are generally not available. If wearbeast° approves an exception, the refundable amount is calculated based on production progress and costs already incurred. Work-in-progress parts, patterns, components, or completed pieces may not be shipped to the client.

If the commission is stopped due to false information, rights issues, payment delay, loss of contact, unreasonable demands, abusive or threatening communication, prohibited usage intent, or likely brand harm, refunds may be limited or denied.

If a refund is approved, the processing time may vary depending on payment method, bank, platform, country, and currency exchange process. Related fees may be borne by the client.

06Production Process and Revisions

wearbeast°'s pieces are individually made-to-order works. Differences may occur between the design reference and the finished work in color, proportion, texture, fur direction, shape, material feel, or wearability. These differences are a natural part of hand-built production.

During production, wearbeast° will share progress materials 1 or more times. The client may submit consolidated feedback at those stages, and feedback must remain within the originally quoted and agreed design scope.

Unless otherwise stated, feedback should be submitted within 5 days after progress materials are sent. If no response is received within that period, wearbeast° may treat the current direction as approved and continue production.

wearbeast° reviews feedback sincerely, but whether feedback is reflected and how any adjustment is handled are determined by wearbeast°. Structural stability, wearability, durability, overall aesthetic direction, brand quality, and production schedule take priority.

Feedback is a collaborative check-in, not a right to repeated revisions or final creative control. Requests based on change of mind, taste changes, late direction shifts, added detail, or anything that may weaken the finished quality or wearbeast°'s aesthetic judgment may be declined.

Production steps already in progress or completed may be difficult or impossible to revise due to structure, materials, durability, or schedule. If a change beyond the original agreement is approved, additional production fees and schedule extensions may apply.

Fabric, colors, materials, and components are selected by wearbeast° according to production standards, with communication provided where reasonably possible. Monitor settings, photography conditions, dye lots, and stock availability may cause actual color and texture to differ from reference materials.

Anything approved during progress check stages becomes the standard for the next production steps. Change requests after approval are reviewed separately and may lead to extra cost and an extended schedule.

Production schedules may change due to material delays, health issues, natural disasters, shipping issues, scheduling conflicts, or quality-related rebuilds. wearbeast° will notify the client when a likely delay is identified where reasonably possible. Any timeline given is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery deadline.

07Publicity, Portfolio, and Brand Usage Rights

wearbeast°'s works are part of the brand's archive and portfolio. During or after production, wearbeast° may use photos, videos, progress materials, completed images, worn images, and detail shots of the piece for social media, websites, portfolios, promotional materials, exhibitions, and brand archives.

If the client wants the commission to remain private, this must be discussed before production begins. Because privacy requests limit public display, promotional use, and portfolio building, they may require an additional fee or separate conditions.

If an embargo is needed before public reveal, it must be discussed before production begins. Problems caused by unauthorized disclosure of project information, images, progress materials, quotes, or private messages are the client's responsibility.

The client may use the finished piece for personal activities, photography, events, and online posting. Commercial use, paid content, advertising, broadcast use, brand collaborations, merchandise, rental, corporate or organizational promotion, and similar uses may require prior approval and separate conditions.

The client may not use the piece in ways that misrepresent it as someone else's work, falsify the maker credit, or damage the brand image of wearbeast°. wearbeast° may request corrected credit, edited captions, removal, or discontinuation of use when necessary.

08Shipping and Receipt

Shipping costs are not included in the quoted commission price and must be paid separately by the client. The piece will not be shipped until shipping fees and any additional costs are paid.

Shipping method, packaging method, and insurance options are determined through discussion between wearbeast° and the client. Any cost related to insurance, special packaging, rush shipping, international shipping, or customs handling will be paid by the client.

The client must provide accurate recipient name, address, contact information, and customs information. Return, storage, disposal, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect information, delayed receipt, absence, incomplete customs documents, or unpaid customs charges are the client's responsibility.

wearbeast° is not responsible for loss, delays, damage, delivery mistakes, customs delays, taxes, or additional fees caused by shipping companies, airlines, customs agencies, or other third-party logistics providers beyond wearbeast°'s direct control. wearbeast° may assist with documentation needed for a shipping claim where reasonably possible.

Upon receipt, the client must immediately inspect the exterior condition, included items, and possible damage. If shipping damage is suspected, the packaging state before and after opening and the item condition must be recorded in photo or video form and sent to wearbeast° within 48 hours of receipt.

Issues caused by delayed inspection, poor storage after delivery, or loss of included parts after opening are not generally treated as shipping accidents or workmanship defects.

09Warranty and Repair Policy

If a problem suspected to be a workmanship defect is found within 180 days of receipt, the client must contact wearbeast° immediately with photo or video evidence. Please include the affected area, when the issue appeared, number of uses, storage and cleaning condition, and wearing environment.

If wearbeast° determines that the issue is a workmanship defect, no-cost repair may be offered during the warranty period. The repair method, timing, and responsibility for round-trip shipping will be determined by wearbeast° after considering the nature of the issue, the wear state, maintenance history, region, and shipping conditions.

If the issue is minor or the client can safely handle basic maintenance, wearbeast° may provide self-repair or care guidance through photos, video, or messages. This guidance will only be given where safe and reasonable. If direct repair seems difficult or risks causing more damage, the client should consult wearbeast° first.

Size differences, fit differences, client-provided measurement errors, body changes, poor maintenance, normal wear from use, stains, odor, moisture, heat damage, washing or storage issues, external impact, event-related damage, unauthorized modification, and damage caused by third-party repairs are not covered under the no-cost warranty.

After the warranty period ends, repair requests may still be reviewed by wearbeast° and, if accepted, handled as paid repairs. Repair fees and round-trip shipping are the client's responsibility.

Before repair intake, the piece must be cleaned, dried, and sanitized where reasonably possible. wearbeast° may refuse repair intake if severe contamination, odor, mold, pests, bodily fluids, or safety risks are present.

wearbeast° pieces are detailed hand-built objects. The client must take care with wear, storage, cleaning, and transportation. Damage caused by poor maintenance is not considered a workmanship defect.

If the piece is intentionally damaged, modified without authorization, structurally altered by a third party, used for prohibited conduct, or used in a way that seriously harms the reputation or brand image of wearbeast°, wearbeast° may refuse warranty service or aftercare support.

10Information Changes and Communication

If the address, recipient name, contact information, character name, shipping information, payment information, or any other relevant project detail changes, the client must notify wearbeast° immediately.

Any delays, shipping issues, additional costs, losses, or other problems caused by delayed updates, incorrect information, loss of contact, or delayed confirmation are the client's responsibility.

If wearbeast° sends a confirmation request and the client does not respond for 7 days or more, the production schedule may be paused. If the client cannot be reached or required information is not provided for 30 days or more, the commission may be canceled, and refund eligibility will be determined based on progress and costs incurred.

Requests sent through personal accounts, verbal conversations, disappearing messages, or channels not designated by wearbeast° may be missed. Important requests about schedule, payment, revisions, shipping, or aftercare must be sent through the official communication channel.

11Changes to These Terms

wearbeast° may revise these terms in response to changes in operational policy, law, production methods, payment systems, or shipping conditions.

Revised terms take effect from the time they are announced or individually communicated. For commissions already in progress, the originally agreed conditions take priority unless wearbeast° and the client agree to adjust them.

12Final Agreement

The client understands that wearbeast°'s work is not mass-produced merchandise but an individually made piece in which wearbeast°'s aesthetic interpretation, structural judgment, material selection, schedule management, and quality standards play a significant role.

By proceeding with a commission, the client is regarded as having fully reviewed these terms and agreed to wearbeast°'s production process and brand standards.
