Domestic bank transfer is the default. International transfer, PayPal, or platform payment may be arranged separately through the official communication channel, with related fees borne by the client.

Refund Standard
The deposit is non-refundable for client-side cancellation. If a cancellation is approved before production begins, only amounts excluding the deposit may be reviewed; after production begins, refunds are generally unavailable.
Balance and Dispatch
A final balance notice is sent 4 weeks before production begins, and the remaining 50% must be paid 2 weeks before production begins. Dispatch begins only after shipping fees and added costs are confirmed.
01Commission Confirmation
Submitting an application does not confirm production. wearbeast° reviews the references, issues a quote, and secures the slot only after the deposit is confirmed.
02Payment Method
Payment follows the instructions given through wearbeast°'s official communication channel. Domestic bank transfer is the default. International transfer, PayPal, platform payment, or installment payment requires prior discussion. Payment, exchange, and platform fees may be charged to the client.
03Payment Timing
The production slot is secured once the 50% deposit is confirmed. A final balance notice is sent 4 weeks before production begins, and the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 2 weeks before production begins.
04Cancellation and Refunds
The deposit is not refundable unless wearbeast° is responsible for the cancellation. If cancellation is approved before production begins, only balance or additional payments excluding the deposit may be reviewed. After production begins, refunds are generally unavailable.
05Midpoint Check and Maker Judgment
One progress check is shared by default during production, and additional check-ins may be shared depending on production needs. Feedback is reviewed, but final revision direction is determined by wearbeast° based on structure, finish, brand aesthetics, and schedule.
06Shipping and Aftercare
Shipping and customs costs are not included in the quote. Workmanship-related issues may be reviewed within 180 days of receipt. Wear, stains, poor maintenance, and unauthorized alterations are excluded from no-cost warranty.
