Wear a balaclava and a tight full-body suit or fitted compression top and bottom. Your body silhouette should be clearly visible.
Use a tripod or ask another person to take the photos. Keep the camera fixed and level for all required angles.
Prepare a measuring tape marked in centimeters and shoot against a bright, simple background so the body outline stays clear.
Measure A through H and send the numbers with your photos by Telegram or Twitter/X DM. Keep the measuring tape against the body without tightening it, and write every value in centimeters.
Stand barefoot and upright, then measure from the floor to the top of the head.
In T-pose, measure horizontally from the tip of the left hand to the tip of the right hand.
Measure from the floor to the shoulder line.
Measure from the end of one shoulder to the end of the other shoulder.
Wrap the tape horizontally around the widest point of the chest.
Wrap the tape horizontally around the widest point of the hips.
Measure along the inside of the leg from the crotch to the ankle or floor reference point.
Measure from the floor to the center of the knee.
Take one clear full-body photo each from the front, side, and back. Matching the camera distance and lens setup helps preserve body proportions more accurately.
Hold both arms at 90 degrees from the body, keep palms facing down, and make the pose as symmetrical as possible.
Keep about 30cm between your feet, with toes facing forward instead of turning outward.
Send three photos: front, side, and back. Make sure the full body from head to toe is visible and not cropped.
Close shooting distances and wide-angle lenses can distort body proportions.
Use the Digital DTD submission form to send measurements and photos in one place.
